What is the
Michigan2020 Plan?

Michigan 2020 is an investment in Michigan's future. It will bring jobs to Michigan by creating the most educated and highly skilled workforce in the nation. The plan would provide Michigan high school graduates - public, private or home-schooled - with the opportunity to have the cost of their college education paid for in its entirety. Best of all, the plan can be paid for without raising taxes one cent.
